CANCELLATION
The total amount of the deposit will be retained if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the expected date of arrival.
SHORTENED STAY
For any interruption of stay before the scheduled departure date, the number of nights booked will be charged by the hotel as compensation.
ARRIVAL/CHECK IN
We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible.
However, please note that this will only be possible from 4pm onwards.
DEPARTURE/CHECK OUT
Please vacate your room before 12:00 noon.
